December 2025 – The Hawkins Company is pleased to announce the placement of Antoinette Chandler, CTP as Chief Financial Officer at Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA). In this role, she will serve as a strategic financial partner overseeing LAWA’s multi-billion dollar operating and capital improvement program budgets, financial operations, and the modernization of the organization’s Enterprise Resource Planning System.
Antoinette brings more than two decades of financial leadership across major public agencies and leading investment banks, including her most recent role as CFO at the Port of Portland. She is recognized for her expertise in public finance, digital transformation, and operational excellence — making her an outstanding fit for one of the nation’s most complex airport systems.
