A long-tenured leader within the organization, Tamara has held multiple executive roles at the Corps over eight years — including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, and Director of Fiscal Operations — building deep institutional knowledge of the organization’s mission and culture.
With more than 25 years of experience spanning nonprofit direct service and advocacy, Tamara is a deeply trusted steward of the Corps’ nearly 40-year legacy of investing in young people and protecting the environment. Her elevation to CEO reflects both her proven leadership and her enduring commitment to the communities the Corps serves.
